The Governance and Nominating Committee (G&N) of ECFC would like to invite representatives of ECFC member companies to nominate themselves or another ECFC colleague to join the Board of Directors starting in March 2020. Three At-Large Directors' seats will be vacant. Two will serve a three-year term which runs from March 2020 to March 2023; the third will serve the one-year balance of an empty At-Large seat until March 2021. There is not an additional dues commitment for At-Large seats. We are also soliciting nominations for Regular Board Seats to serve three-year terms. Regular Board Seats require a total annual dues payment by the member company of $9,999. Now is your opportunity to show your support for the ECFC and the industry by stepping up to the next level of leadership. The directors of ECFC are the stewards of the association, and ECFC seeks diversity in its Board of Directors based on the demographic make-up of its membership, as well as characteristics, skills, and experience of individual members. December 12, 2019– ECFC Board votes on Regular Board Seat nominees. January 6, 2020- Nominee names and materials for At-Large seats will be made available to authorized representatives of members– Voting period for At-Large seats begins. January 17, 2020– Voting closes. March 17, 2020 - The newly-elected Board members take their seats at the March 2020 Board meeting in Washington, DC.
