Categories of membership to meet various needs
Industry Membership is a company-wide membership for employers directly involved in the employee benefits industry. This includes third party administrators, employee benefit plan service providers, employee benefit consultants, card processing companies and associations, insurance carriers, banks, industry software vendors, payroll processing companies, and other members of the employee benefits industry.

Industry Membership is broken down into two additional categories: Plan Administrator/Consultant and Non-Profit Association. Membership dues are based upon the membership category and the number of employees within the organization.

- 24 Employees & Over $5,900
- 500 Employees & Under $2,000
- 501 – 2,000 Employees $3,300

Plan Sponsor Membership
Plan Sponsor Membership is a company-wide membership specifically designed for employers who offer, promote or are interested in tax-advantaged employee benefits plans. Plan Sponsors are at the heart of the employee benefits industry. They are not involved in most other aspects of the flexible compensation industry other than to provide employee benefit plans directly to their employees.
Annual Plan Sponsor Membership is $995.
Associate Membership is an individual membership for those who provide advice and ancillary services to Plan Sponsors and/or Industry Members or who are otherwise interested in the flexible compensation field. Associate Membership is available to independent insurance agents and brokers, health care practitioners, CPAs, actuaries, and employee benefit lawyers.
Annual Associate membership Dues are $495.
This membership option is limited to only those individuals who are employees of state and federal government, educators, and students.
Annual Individual Membership Dues are $295.
•Important Note: Individuals and entities eligible for Industry or Plan Sponsor Membership or who are employed by, own or are members of such an entity, are not eligible for Associate or Individual Membership.
