Below are a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help you get the most out of the ECFC website.


Reset Your Password

It’s simple to reset your password! To do so, look for the “Sign In” section on our homepage, and select the “Forgot your password?” link.

You’ll be prompted to enter your username, and solve a simply math equation to ensure you’re human! After you’ve solved the math equation, select “Reset Password”.

Next, you’ll receive a confirmation email message to the email address in your YM profile, which will contain a link to reset your password. Once you’ve retrieved the email, simply select the “Reset My Password Now” link, and you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your new password.

View your Profile

To view your profile, first log in with your Username and Password. Once logged in, you may:

  • Select the “My Profile” link at the top of the page
  • Within the “My Profile” section, select the “Profile Home” link

Edit your Profile

To Edit your Profile, first be sure you’re logged in to the site with proper Username and Password. Once logged in, look for the “My Profile” section, and select the “Manage Profile” link. From the Manage Profile page, you’ll select the “Edit Bio” icon, within the Information & Settings section.

View and Print your Invoices

To View and Print your Invoices, first be sure you’re logged in to the site with proper Username and Password. Once logged in, look for the “My Profile” section, and select the “Manage Profile” link. From the Manage Profile page, you’ll select the “Invoices” icon, within the Invoicing, Payments & History section.

From this page you’ll see a dropdown to filter invoices by status, and tabs to narrow by type. To select a specific invoice, simply select the “View/Print Invoice” icon to the left of it. From the resulting popup window, you’ll be able to print the selected invoice.

Apply Payment to your Invoices

To Apply Payment to your Invoices, first be sure you’re logged in to the site with proper Username and Password. Once logged in, look for the “My Profile” section, and select the “Manage Profile” link. From the Manage Profile page, you’ll select the “Invoices” icon, within the Invoicing, Payments & History section.

From this page, you’ll be able to pay an individual open invoice, or pay multiple at once.

To pay an individual open invoice, simply select the “Pay This Invoice” icon to its left, and enter your payment information.

To pay multiple open invoices in one transaction, be sure to mark the checkboxes for each invoice you’d like to pay. Once all desired invoices are checked, select the “Pay Selected Invoices” button, and enter your payment information.

NOTE: You may only combine invoices if they are of the same “type”. This means multiple Store & Events invoices may be combined, but Dues transactions may not be combined alongside them, as they are different “types”.


View & Manage your Preferences

To View & Manage your Preferences, first be sure you’re logged in to the site with proper Username and Password. Once logged in, look for the “My Profile” section, and select the “Manage Profile” link. From the Manage Profile page, you’ll select the “Preferences” icon, within the Information & Settings section.

From this page, you may use the checkboxes to toggle on or off the communications you’d like to receive. Be sure to select the “Save My Settings” button when finished.

View your Membership Information

To View your Membership Information, first be sure you’re logged in to the site with proper Username and Password. Once logged in, look for the “My Profile” section, and select the “Manage Profile” link. From the Manage Profile page, you’ll select the “Membership” icon, within the Invoicing, Payments & History section.

View your Event Registrations

To View your Event Registrations, first be sure you’re logged in to the site with proper Username and Password. Once logged in, look for the “My Profile” section, and select the “Manage Profile” link. From the Manage Profile page, you’ll select the “Event Registrations” icon, within the Invoicing, Payments & History section.

From this page, you’ll be able to see any Events and/or Sessions that you’ve registered to attend, as well as print off a receipt for each.
