About our members and programsOur members include employers, third party administrators, health plan providers, payers, providers, payment networks, processors, and financial institutions. Programs supported by ECFC include: Cafeteria plans and other flexible benefits programs under Section 125, consumer-driven health plans including health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs), tax-advantaged transportation spending/commuter benefits accounts (TSAs), dependent care assistance plans (DCAPs), and healthcare flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
