·      Understand how COBRA works when there is a stock sale/purchase

·      Understand how COBRA works when there is an assets sale/purchase

·      Understand how an asset sale or stock sale impacts how COBRA works with Health FSA and HRAs

COBRA Course Six: COBRA: Alternative Coverage and Retiree Issues

·      Understand the basics of Leave of Absence and the interaction with COBRA

·      Understand the differences between Federal COBRA and State Mini-COBRA laws

·      Understand the basics of interaction between COBRA and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)



COBRA Course Eight: COBRA Case Studies

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

·      Identify the Common COBRA Mistakes

·      Understand the consequences of COBRA Mistakes
